BOTANI MOSCATEL 2008

The Grade: AMAZING. The Mojo: The Botani Moscatel Seco 2008 is a remarkably dry version of the Moscatel de Alexandria from the Malaga region of Spain, a grape that usually when produced here, is of the dessert variety, very sweet. This delicious white wine shows off pretty white flower, apricot and honeydew aromas, followed by flavors of peach, more apricot, mineral, canteloupe, star fruit, and hints of cilantro and basil. It's a wonderfully refreshing wine that would pair well with some spicy prawns or an oyster roast.
